I returned to London

I returned to London at the beginning of June, eager to advance Intelligentic's ambitious business plan for the UK and beyond.
Our vision centers on the powerful combination of "recursive AI + human intelligence," aiming to revolutionize business operations by turning data into decisive actions and accelerating the path to full automation.

This philosophy is deeply rooted in the concept of "Centaur Chess," where a human strategist (the Grandmaster) and an AI analyst (the Chess Engine) collaborate to consistently outperform either working alone. At Intelligentic, our AI provides the insights, humans act on them, and the AI recursively learns from these outcomes. This creates a perpetual loop of AI-driven insight, human-led action, and continuous learning that ensures predictable outcomes through workflow adherence. We are focused on making AI drive action, not just insight.
My arrival coincided with #ldntechweek and #agentforceworldtour dominating the news and my social media feeds.
I spent one day manning the #Formstack booth at Agentforce #worldtour in the Docklands' #londonexcel and attended the second day as a customer. The event was fascinating, filled with impressive terminology, bold statements and ambitious goals revolving around AI and workflows—though, let's be candid, workflows are hardly a new concept; every business has them.
A couple of weeks have passed since then, and Formstack has rebranded as #Intellistack, with our operations continuing as Intelligentic. Our mission is to revolutionize business operations by deeply integrating AI and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) with the Streamline workflow automation platform. We are thrilled to be the UK's go-to-market partner for Intellistack’s Streamline (https://www.intellistack.com/streamline).
As a partner, we enhance the Streamline platform by building intelligent operational capabilities on top of it.

This includes a sophisticated ETL process that transforms raw, disparate data—even from obscure sources with imperfect integrations or jumbled formats—into a unified, actionable asset. My experience at Agentforce confirmed that, for day-to-day SME operations, our approach has taken workflows, ETL, and AI as far, if not further, than most.
We have a living, breathing operations management ecosystem built on Streamline running at Kinetic Eats (www.kineticeats.xyz), a ghost kitchen business in Los Angeles. It has replaced middle management, improved efficiency, cut costs, boosted reviews, and empowered frontline team members. This real-world use case demonstrates that when applied intelligently and with a proper understanding of business needs, AI is far more than a parlor trick. We are proud of our achievements and will be adding even more features to handle the day-to-day operational grind.
The conversations I had at the Formstack booth and since can be best distilled down to this: most are impressed by the real-world approach we had taken with Streamline. They see significant parallels and opportunities in their own industries, from logistics to healthcare to building services. Our approach to adherence and compliance—producing workflows that are tracked from cradle to grave on mobile to ensure team accountability—strikes a chord with everyone. The concept that AI can replace management, learn and evolve, empower frontline workers, and operate without ever forgetting, getting angry, or deviating is transformative.

AI is here to stay; the challenge is to embrace it and use it intelligently.
Talk is cheap, and now is the time for action. We are here to engage with businesses and demonstrate how we can make their operations easier—a simple goal and a challenge we are excited to meet.
